The experienced team at Ascend Physical Therapy uses the most current and up-to-date methods for treating our patients. Among the issues our staff are most experienced in treating are neck and back pain; sports and accident-related injuries; post-op rehab and neurological conditions.

Mike Lovgren
Mike is a graduate of Washington and Jefferson University with a BS in Biology and Business and Slippery Rock University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
​
He has enjoyed providing services in the Western PA region in both the outpatient and home health settings.
​
Mike currently resides in Sarver with his family and enjoys seeing those in his community and surrounding areas Rising Your Potential!
